Mr And Mrs Mohgan Super Crispy Prata, Singapore

I have absolutely no idea how I haven't been here before, even though I haven't lived in the area for long. This place has a strong following as well as being super popular with the local neighbourhood.

It took me back to my childhood, long weeks spent in Singapore over my summer holidays stuffing my face with prata every morning (good lord, no wonder I was a fat kid).

It opens fairly early but by 9am it was packed. Order from Mrs Mohgan herself and hover around for a table as you would in any other hawker centre.

You can order coffees from the coffee uncle behind. I think in total we spent $8 on 2 kopis and 4 pratas.

Superb.
